A graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Cagayan de Oro College – Phinma Education Network and a licensed ECE, he successfully balances overseeing a telecom and technology business while engaging in real estate transactions with his wife, Marivic N. Boniel.
Inspired by his wife’s work in the industry, he began his real estate career as a Salesperson in 2011. His passion for the field drove him to pursue higher qualifications, earning his Real Estate Broker license after passing the PRC exam in March 2014. He further strengthened his credentials by passing the Real Estate Appraiser exam on September 15, 2017.
Today, he serves as the Managing Partner and Website Developer of ARKA BROKERS & PARTNERS, CO., located at Zone 11, Masterson Avenue, Uptown, Cagayan de Oro City, where he continues to apply his expertise and commitment to delivering quality real estate services to clients.
