After signing the Memorandum of Agreement between the leading VisMin developer, Cebu Landmaster Inc. (CLI) and Xavier University to acquire 14.3 hectare property at Xavier University (XU) – Ateneo de Cagayan Manresa in uptown, Cagayan de Oro, the developer announces to start its development in the 3rd quarter of 2022. This was revealed during the CLI investors’ and analysts’ briefing.
